Yes. The first row of each sheet becomes column names. Enable 'No header row' if your data starts on row 1.

Types are inferred from cell values: numbers become INTEGER or REAL, dates become TEXT (ISO format), everything else becomes TEXT.

Formulas are evaluated and their results are imported. The formulas themselves are not preserved.

No. All processing happens locally using SheetJS and SQL.js. Your spreadsheet never leaves your browser.

Yes. Each file's sheets are added as tables. Duplicate table names are renamed with a suffix.

Merged cells are expanded, with the value placed in the top-left cell. Other cells in the merge become empty.

Depends on browser memory. Files under 20MB with less than 100K rows typically work well.
