PRAGMA integrity_check verifies the database structure, looking for malformed records, missing pages, index inconsistencies, and other corruption.

If integrity_check returns 'ok', the database structure is valid. This doesn't guarantee data correctness, just structural integrity.

PRAGMA foreign_key_check finds rows that reference non-existent parent records. These are logical errors, not corruption.

quick_check is faster but less thorough. It skips verifying that index entries match table content.
