iCalendar format supports plain text in the DESCRIPTION field. URLs are preserved as clickable links when imported into most calendar apps. However, rich text formatting (bold, italics, colors) is not supported in standard iCalendar format.

For printed materials, use at least 256x256 pixels for business cards, 512x512 for posters viewed from 3-5 feet, and 1024x1024 for large banners. SVG format is recommended for print as it scales without quality loss. Test scanning from the intended viewing distance.
