Design File Viewers (Figma, Procreate, XCF)
Figma Viewer
View Figma .fig files without logging in or installing anything. Inspect layers, browse frames, see components. Works offline. No Figma account needed.
Procreate Viewer
View Procreate files without an iPad. Browse layers, view thumbnails, extract images. No uploads, works offline in your browser.
Xcf Layer Extractor
Extract layers from GIMP XCF files as PNG images. View layer structure, export all or selected layers. No uploads, works offline in your browser.
Design File Formats Explained
Design tools use proprietary formats optimized for their workflows. These files often can't be opened without the original software—until now. Our viewers parse multiple design formats in your browser.
Supported Formats
Figma (.fig) files contain UI designs, components, and prototypes. Figma is a popular cloud-based design tool, but local .fig exports can be viewed without an account.
Procreate (.procreate) files are layered artwork from the popular iPad drawing app. View brush strokes, layers, and export high-resolution images.
GIMP XCF (.xcf) is the native format for GIMP, the free image editor. XCF files preserve layers, paths, and editing history.
What You Can Do
- Preview designs: See final composites and individual elements
- Explore structure: Navigate layer hierarchies and groups
- Extract assets: Export individual layers as PNG or SVG
- Review without software: View files without installing design applications
Collaboration Benefits
Developers and stakeholders often receive design files but don't have the original software. Browser-based viewers enable everyone to inspect designs, extract needed assets, and provide feedback without software licenses.
